Beef is our primary food product generally sold by the half but we can also supply pre-packaged Beef in 20 to 40 lb boxes.

Beef Price - $5.50/lb hanging weight

 

$150 deposit required per half and all cutting fees will be billed separately by the butcher. 

 

You can estimate $50/half to butcher the animal and $1/lb is common.
